Established in 1885, the University of Arizona is a home to nearly 50,000 students from more than 120 countries. UArizona is truly an international university that prepares students to face real-world challenges.

Students can choose from more than 150 undergraduate degrees, 210 graduate programs and 100 doctoral programs across subject areas ranging from arts and astronomy to entrepreneurship, engineering and social sciences.

The University of Arizona offers the all-American college experience. There are 4 housing districts on campus, including 23 unique dormitories. Students have the opportunity to join one or more of the hundreds of students clubs and organizations, which cover everything from hobbies to career-oriented and professional groups.

UArizona is ranked in the top 1 percent of universities worldwide (Center for World University Rankings 2022), with research and development expenditure in the top 4 percent of all U.S. universities (National Science Foundation, 2022).
